www.burodecredito.com.mx has my data personal wrong. 11 February 2020.
I have tried to correct it online and by telephone, but not succeeded yet. Meanwhile, there has been an accustion of identity theft raised in Mexico, because a couple of companies
that pulled my credit report, have reported more than one individual using the same name.
In the USA, there are several Frederick Wiegand males, some dead, and some still alive. But none
of them who share a shorter ( non - legal ) version of my name, can
have my same social security number. In Mexico, where I also have Mexican citizenship, there appears
to be another Frederick Wiegand, but I do NOT understand HOW
www.burodecredito.com.mx can show A. my wrong physical person SAT RFC number, nor B. a wrong
DOB for my full legal name. Therefore,
I have informed www.burodecredito.com.mx
that I will initiate a CODE investigation soon, IF and WHEN burodecredito.com.mx fails to correct A. my
Mexican credit report,
B. specify whether there is, or has been, any
actual theft of my financial identify; and if so, bring federal
identity theft felony charges against whomsoever may be involved, including the credit bureaus; and
The same applies to the credit
and legal problems I am having in the small town of Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas 78644. I will now begin to
study how to make a USA federal complaint of identify
theft in Lockhart, Caldwell County, Texas 78644, where I have had unreasonable and illegal restraints from selling my
WHPSA ranchland and Wiegand home, namely CCAD 13489 and 13414.
I will begin a search of civil and criminal complaints against those individuals who have and are illegally tortiously interferring with the sales of my Wiegand and WHPSA properties, and stealing same, and felonious
thefts and trespasses. The lawsuits will pray for ten million USDollars of damages.
