Texas Railraod Commission mapping department is wrong for 80 consecutive years in a row.
This slur against my Wiegand family name and oil and gas business is due to local political aggressiveness
originating from Lockhart, Caldwell County, Tejas, and has gone one most of my father's life and most of my life, too.
It is not ONLY due to laziness, lack of respect, and obvious carelessness by some of the personnel in the mapping department;
but the blame also falls on the TRC legal department and the TRC commissionerss jointly and severally.
The Wiegand Brothers Driling Company, and international oil and gas business
originating in Mexico in 1922 and then in Texdas in 1939, has suffered great economic losses internationally, due to the Tejas
Railraod Commission in Austin, TX, where I was born. My father and uncles complained to TRC District 1 personnel in
the Milam Building in San Antonio, where we officed since I was a child many years ago. I started complaining in 1961
when I started high school in San Antonio, and helped Wiegand Bros. Drilling Company file TRC P-1s and other reports.
Now at my age over 65 years, and due to the continued problems with the Texas Railraod Commission in Austin, I announce publicly
my Intention to sue the TRC Mapping Department in Texas and USA Federal district courts in Austin TX.
80 eighty years of intentional errors is enough. Now I am going to take
action.
Chris Craddock, Rian Sutton, and Wayne Chirstianman,
TRC comissionars, you will be named individually and jointly and severally in my several petitions
in the USA and maybe even Mexico.
6 August 2019 As a
result of this online public notice, the TRC has now made a Master Default Order today,
# 112 of this date, to replace the public notice erroneous former Order with a nunc pro tunc order,
which corrects the spelling of the Wiegand family name; and which also orders that all Texas Raildroad
Commission documents correctly spell the Wiegand Brothers Drilling Company name. They have not finalized the payment
of damages for these continued errors over a period of eighty ( 80 ) consecutive years, due to errors, omissions, lack of
attention to spelling, and refusal to correct former errors found mostly on the linen maps in the Mapping Department. The
Mapping Department personnel have been very helpful and are NOT at fault because the linen maps were made by Petroleum Information
Mapping Associates many years ago, who likewise refused to correct the German spelling of the Germanic family name Wiegand.
The letter is actually a double V, not a double U. But most people in the USA and Mexico do NOT speak German.
Frederick Wiegand Jr.
