Court:
Now comes your Plaintiff, Frederick William Wiegand Jr., born in Austin, TX, and living
at 230 Wiegand Road, Lockhart, TX 78644 from 1945 until this date of 6 August 2019;
and
has multiple causes of actions to be presented in his filed paid Plaintiff's
Original Petition, including but not limited to, conspiracy to extort money by Royce Vickery, Texas Railroad District
1 field inspector along with the District Attorney of Caldwell County, TX, and wrongful prosecution in misdemeanor
case 38,771 which was dismissed at the request of Richard Regan Trey Hicks III for lack of evidence, wrongful denial of agricultural
exemptions on Wiegand Hermanos lands by the Caldwell County Appraisal District CCAD 13489 and 13414, the conspiratorial
destruction of my two homes and theft of over a million US dollars of my and my corporations' drilling equipment, the Sheriff's
refusal to arrest those individuals who have torn the sheet metals off the roofs of my homes and barns and warehouse to destroy
them as hate crimes, both state felonies and federal felonies, including Fredrica Carperner Kinnard and her demented daughter
Cassandra Carpenter Dillavou, and Bryan F Wiegand, wrongful prosecution by former ousted Texas state district judge
Todd Blomerth as city of Lockhart attorney, and other causes of action;
Prays for a
ten million US Dollar judgment against Caldwell County Texas, including the small town city of Lockhart,
for criminal conspiratrorial coverups, illegal discrimination based upon national origins, false wrongful
criminal complaints vs. Plaintiff made by perjuries by Fredrica Kinnard and Cassandra Dillavou; and other causes of
actions, including requesting the US Attorney General and FBI to investigate the hate crimes therein, including by not limited
to the Klu Klux Klan members in the city of Lockhart and the county of Caldwell, state of Texas.
