Two females and one male inherited the minerals under the N.L.Wiegand Estate Ranch and oil wells
in the Fentress Oilfield, Lockhart, Caldwell County, TX.

Wiegand Jr. dedicated his life and professional career to oil and gas business world-wide, more than 50 years so far.
Fredrica Wiegand Carpenter Kinnard and Phyllis Wiegand Lee Metcalf have never in their lives studied nor worked
in the oil and gas industry, but are jealous of Frederick ( natural brother ) and have taken actions to "cheat"
brother out of his royalties in the Wiegand oil wells. Phyllis and Rica have done this by agreeing with a small oil
& gas operator to try to restore oil and gas production to N.L.Wiegand Oilwell #2, but WITHOUT informing nor including
brother Frederick in the royalties, and by HIDING the questionable small operator from the Texas Railroad Commission
field inspectors and by mis.informing the TRC District 1 inspectors on how to spell the Wiegand family name. ( Because
sisters no longer have the use of the WIEgand family name and don't care any more! ), and by hiding the entrance to the Wiegand
oilwells on the Wiegand Ranch. Rica and Phyllis refuse to reply to Frederick's emails, US mail letters, and WhatsApp
textos because they have been "controlled" by the local sheister attorneys 1. to bring false criminal lawsuits
against me, and 2. they "want the whole chocolate cake" and do NOT want to share the royalties.
Therefore, I am "blowing the whistle" on the lot of them -- the crooked DA, the alleged felon judge
Todd, and others who are actively trying to "cheat" and steal Frederick's royalties, which are very valuable.
I also ask for help from the Texas Railroad Commission, ask
the TRC District 1 field inspectors to A. spell Wiegand name properly, B. require the operators of the Wiegand
oil wells to put up signs at the Western entrance to the Wiegand Ranch with the names of the operators, their TRC numbers,
and the names of the Wiegand oil and gas wells; and C. also require the legal posting of TRC signs at the Eastern
Entrance to the Wiegand Ranch on Caldwell County Road 220 off Hwy 183 by the Lockhart Airport; and D. for TRC to punish
Rica and Phyllis by penal laws, for making conspiratorial attempts to steal my royalties, which are protected to me
by laws of the State of Texas under Texas Oil and Gas Laws, State of Texas, USA. These accusations are public online
for the world to see. As Texas notary public, FW takes oath as to the veracity and accuracy of these criminal
online charges.
